Shrimp Tacos with Pineapple Pico De Gallo
Ingredients
For the shrimp:
- 1 lb jumbo shrimp
- Olive oil
- Spanglish Asadero Garlic & Lime seasoning
- Spanglish Asadero Sweet Chipotle seasoning
- Corn tortillas
For the pineapple pico de gallo:
- Red onion
- Cilantro
- Pineapple
- Tomatoes
- Lemon
- Jalapeños
- Spanglish Asadero Garlic Lime seasoning
- Spanglish Asadero Sweet Chipotle seasoning
Directions
Pineapple pico de gallo:
- Dice all ingredients and toss into a bowl.
- Add a fresh squeeze of lemon and your seasoning.
- Mix and serve on top of your Shrimp Tacos
Shrimp:
- Dice your peeled and deveined shrimp into bite size pieces.
- Drizzle with olive oil for a binder.
- Season with Spanglish Asadero Garlic lime, and Sweet Chipotle seasoning to taste.
- Cook in a pan on medium-high heat until done.
- Pull, and serve on a warmed corn tortilla.
- Top with your Fresh Pineapple Pico de Gallo and enjoy!
