Shrimp Tacos with Pineapple Pico De Gallo

Ingredients

For the shrimp:

  • 1 lb jumbo shrimp
  • Olive oil
  • Spanglish Asadero Garlic & Lime seasoning
  • Spanglish Asadero Sweet Chipotle seasoning
  • Corn tortillas


For the pineapple pico de gallo:

  • Red onion
  • Cilantro
  • Pineapple
  • Tomatoes
  • Lemon
  • Jalapeños
  • Spanglish Asadero Garlic Lime seasoning
  • Spanglish Asadero Sweet Chipotle seasoning

Sweet Chipotle

Directions

Pineapple pico de gallo:

  1. Dice all ingredients and toss into a bowl.
  2. Add a fresh squeeze of lemon and your seasoning.
  3. Mix and serve on top of your Shrimp Tacos

Shrimp:

  1. Dice your peeled and deveined shrimp into bite size pieces.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil for a binder.
  3. Season with Spanglish Asadero Garlic lime, and Sweet Chipotle seasoning to taste.
  4. Cook in a pan on medium-high heat until done.
  5. Pull, and serve on a warmed corn tortilla.
  6. Top with your Fresh Pineapple Pico de Gallo and enjoy!
