Garlic & Lime Michelada

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Clamato juice
  • 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Maggi seasoning sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (your preference)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Tajín, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Spanglish Asadero Garlic & Lime seasoning
  • Chamoy (for the rim)
  • Ice
  • Beer of your choice
  • Orange and lime slices (for garnish)
  • Celery stick (for garnish)

Garlic & Lime

Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine the Clamato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Maggi sauce, hot sauce, lime juice, Tajín, and Spanglish Asadero Official Garlic & Lime seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Take a chilled glass and rim it with Chamoy, then coat the rim with Tajín.
  3. Fill the glass halfway with ice.
  4. Pour the prepared mixture until the glass is halfway full.
  5. Top it off with your favorite beer.
  6. Gently stir to combine.
  7. Garnish with orange and lime slices, and add a celery stick if desired.
  8. For extra flavor, drizzle a little Chamoy and sprinkle Tajín on top.
