Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Clamato juice
- 4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons Maggi seasoning sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce (your preference)
- Juice of 2 limes
- Tajín, to taste
- 1 teaspoon Spanglish Asadero Garlic & Lime seasoning
- Chamoy (for the rim)
- Ice
- Beer of your choice
- Orange and lime slices (for garnish)
- Celery stick (for garnish)
Directions
- In a bowl, combine the Clamato juice, Worcestershire sauce, Maggi sauce, hot sauce, lime juice, Tajín, and Spanglish Asadero Official Garlic & Lime seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
- Take a chilled glass and rim it with Chamoy, then coat the rim with Tajín.
- Fill the glass halfway with ice.
- Pour the prepared mixture until the glass is halfway full.
- Top it off with your favorite beer.
- Gently stir to combine.
- Garnish with orange and lime slices, and add a celery stick if desired.
- For extra flavor, drizzle a little Chamoy and sprinkle Tajín on top.
