Ingredients
- 1 rack of Baby Back Ribs
- Spanglish Asadero Al Pastor seasoning
- Spanglish Asadero Birria BBQ Sauce
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup of squeeze of butter
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Directions
- Cut rack of ribs in between the bones to make individual ribs.
- Drizzle ribs with just enough extra virgin olive oil to coat ribs as a binder.
- Generously coat ribs on all sides with Spanglish Asadero Al Pastor seasoning.
- Place ribs directly on grill at 225°F degrees for 90 minutes or until ribs reach an internal temperature around 170°F degrees.
- Transfer ribs to tin tray and drizzle with squeeze butter and approximately 1/2 cup Spanglish Asadero Birria BBQ Sauce (no need to cover fully with sauce as they’ll be sauced at the end).
- Cover tray with tin foil and place back on grill at 275°F degrees for 30-45 minutes or until ribs reach an internal temperature of 204°F degrees.
- Prepare sauce in a saucepan by combining 1 stick of butter, 1 cup of Spanglish Asadero Birria BBQ sauce and half a packet of Spanglish Asadero Al Pastor seasoning, melting the butter and stirring regularly.
- Pull ribs off and pour sauce onto ribs or add ribs and sauce to a mixing bowl and toss to coat ribs.
- Enjoy these buffalo wing style ribs
Optional: For an elevated ranch to dip the wings, add 2 tbsp of Spanglish Asadero Birria BBQ sauce and 1 tbsp Spanglish Asadero Al Pastor seasoning to ranch dressing
