- ½ red onion, sliced julienne
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- Bell peppers of your choice
- Spanglish Asadero Fajita seasoning
- 2 pounds of beef (your choice of skirt steak or sirloin)

Directions
- Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Once hot, add ½ red onion, sliced julienne, and 2 garlic cloves, finely minced.
- Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.Next, add bell peppers of your choice.
- Season with Spanglish Asadero Fajitas seasoning and cook for about 1½ minutes.
- Once ready, remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add a little more oil and add 2 pounds of beef (your choice of skirt steak or sirloin).
- Season with Spanglish Asadero Fajitas seasoning, mix well, and cook for about 10–15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
- Once the beef is ready, add the cooked vegetables back into the skillet, mix everything together, and it’s ready to serve.
- You can serve it with rice and beans, or in tacos topped with guacamole and your favorite salsa
