Beef Fajitas

Ingredients

  • Oil
  • ½ red onion, sliced julienne
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • Bell peppers of your choice
  • Spanglish Asadero Fajita seasoning
  • 2 pounds of beef (your choice of skirt steak or sirloin)

Serve with:

  • Rice
  • Beans
  • or in tacos

Top with:

  • guacamole and your favorite salsa

Fajita

Directions
  1. Heat a little oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Once hot, add ½ red onion, sliced julienne, and 2 garlic cloves, finely minced.
  3. Sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.Next, add bell peppers of your choice.
  4. Season with Spanglish Asadero Fajitas seasoning and cook for about 1½ minutes.
  5. Once ready, remove the vegetables from the skillet and set aside.
  6. In the same skillet, add a little more oil and add 2 pounds of beef (your choice of skirt steak or sirloin).
  7. Season with Spanglish Asadero Fajitas seasoning, mix well, and cook for about 10–15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  8. Once the beef is ready, add the cooked vegetables back into the skillet, mix everything together, and it’s ready to serve.
  9. You can serve it with rice and beans, or in tacos topped with guacamole and your favorite salsa
